Brainstuff

"Brainstuff" 2022, a collection of things made for a prompt asking us to create realistic(ish) things that invoke nostalgia in us. The inclusion of brainmatter throughout the objects refers to two important moments in my life - a family member who had a stroke & the time I spent studying neuroscience for 2 weeks at Tulane University when I was 16, where I'd later make these objects.
